1. Parties
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and SynthScript Inh. Christoph Kretschmer, Hornisgrindestraße 9, 77855 Achern, Germany — Email: info@synthscript.de — ("Provider").
By installing or using the "Wombatistan" app you agree to this Agreement.
2. License Grant
The Provider grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse-engineer, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
4. Account and Saves
The app can be played without actively creating an account (anonymous sign-in). Optionally, you can link your progress with Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS) to secure it across devices. You are responsible for the security of any linked platform account. Game saves can be reset or deleted from within the app at any time.
5. Virtual Goods
Resources, buildings, regions and other in-game content acquired or generated in the game are virtual goods with no real-world value. They are non-transferable, non-redeemable and may expire upon game changes or account deletion. In-app purchases are currently not active.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the app, graphics, characters (including "Che" and "Chonk"), texts, the underlying Wombatistan webcomic, and the game mechanics remain with the Provider. This Agreement does not transfer ownership.
7. Privacy
Data processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Game progress may be lost due to technical failures.
9. Limitation of Liability
Liability for indirect damages is excluded; liability is limited to amounts paid for the app. Statutory liability for intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
10. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective from installation. Upon termination you must delete the app.

12. Governing Law
Laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction: Achern, Germany.
13. Changes
Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email.
