1. Parties
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and SynthScript Inh. Christoph Kretschmer, Hornisgrindestraße 9, 77855 Achern, Germany — Email: info@synthscript.de — ("Provider").
By installing or using the "Kroku" app you agree to this Agreement.
2. License Grant
The Provider grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse-engineer, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
4. In-App Purchases & Coins
- Coins can be purchased in packages and are consumed by AI features.
- Coins are non-transferable and do not expire.
- Billing via your Apple ID or Google account.
- Refunds subject to the respective platform provider's policy.
5. User Content
You retain copyright to your crochet patterns. By publishing to the Community Store, you grant the Provider the right to display and distribute the content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring that published content does not infringe third-party rights.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated patterns are aids. The Provider makes no guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated patterns. You are responsible for reviewing and using them.
7. Account and Security
The app can be used without an account. If you use an account, you are responsible for the security of your credentials. Unauthorized use: info@synthscript.de.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the app, the parser, AI features, and templates remain with the Provider. This Agreement does not transfer ownership.
9. Privacy
Data processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is". Patterns and AI-generated content are aids — you are responsible for the correctness of your crochet projects.
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability for indirect damages is excluded; liability limited to amounts paid for the app.
12. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective from installation. Upon termination you must delete the app.

14. Governing Law
Laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction: Achern, Germany.
15. Changes
Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email.
