We process your data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR. This policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of data processing when using the "DevProCo" app.
3. Local Use Without Account
DevProCo can be used entirely without an account and without any data transmission. All locally created processes and session history are stored exclusively on your device (SQLite).
4. Hosting (Firebase)
When using Cloud Sync (optional account), the app uses Firebase (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland) for:
- User management (Authentication)
- Database synchronisation (Firestore)
- Crash analysis (Crashlytics)
Data is processed primarily in the EU. Transfers to third countries are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

5. Registration
Registration via email/password, Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. Data processed: email address, user ID, authentication data. Anonymous use without an account is always possible.

6. App Content
With Cloud Sync enabled, your development processes and session data are stored on EU servers.

7. In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)
Purchases (DevProCo Premium) are processed through the respective app store. Purchase status is managed via RevenueCat Inc. (San Francisco, USA). We receive no payment data.

8. Firebase Crashlytics
Crash analysis using device information and OS versions (no directly personal data).

9. Microphone / Voice Control
The optional voice control uses the device's built-in speech recognition (offline). Audio recordings are not stored or transmitted. The permission can be revoked in device settings.

10. Retention
Local data remains on the device until uninstallation. Cloud data is retained as long as your account exists. Account deletion is available at any time from within the app.
